We recently had a Molift Air 200 ceiling hoist system installed for my wife after converting the downstairs of our home to make things more accessible for her.
From the first visit, the representative was extremely knowledgeable about ceiling hoists and took the time to understand what we needed, both now and in the future. Rather than just fitting a straight track above the bed he recommended a system that covers the whole room (an H frame). This means we can position my wife's bed and other equipment wherever works best for us and importantly move things around in the future without having to alter the hoist system.
We had another company quote beforehand who only wanted to fit a straight track, and we're really glad we didn't go with that option. The system we've had installed gives us so much more flexibility.
They even arranged a sling assessment to make sure my wife had the correct sling and everything was suitable for her needs.
The installation was very neat and professional, and we're extremely pleased with the finished result. It was clear that Candor Care understood the practical side of caring for someone at home rather than simply trying to sell us a hoist.

We had a ramp installed for my grandmother, who hadn’t been able to get out into her garden for months. It has made such a difference to her independence and it’s lovely to see her able to enjoy the garden again.
The lads who installed it were brilliant, friendly, professional and respectful of the property. They did a really tidy job and made sure everything was cleaned up properly before they left.

I can't thank Candor Care enough for the excellent service they provided. They originally installed our stairlift back in 2008, and after it had been out of use for several years, they were able to bring it back into full working order for my mum.
From the first phone call through to the engineer's visit, everyone was professional, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about finding the best solution. Rather than suggesting a replacement, they took the time to assess the existing stairlift and successfully got it back into service, saving us a considerable amount of money.
It's given my mum back her independence and provided our family with real peace of mind. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Candor Care to anyone looking for a reliable stairlift company in Ashby de la Zouch or the surrounding area. My mother-in-law received exceptional service from Candor Care when having her stairlift fitted.  The team were all very friendly and knowledgeable and made the experience very straight forward from the initial meet through to installation. Paul was extremely helpful and kind to my elderly parents when fitting their stair lift.  He explained everything carefully and clearly and even hoovered up where he had been working.  We can not recommend him enough.
